Answer_md: # Steps to Remove Inactive Sensors

  1. Navigate to 'Endpoint Sensors' on the navigation panel

  1. Filter time range and select 'Inactive' sensors

  1. Select sensors for removal

You can utilize the first check box option to select all sensors on the page. Further filtering of sensors can be done by filtering the various columns such as 'Hostname', 'Deployment Group', 'Sensor Version', etc...

Q: Will sensors reconnect if the device comes back online?

A: Yes, the sensor will show up again in the console the next time it reconnects.

Q: Will removing the sensor from the console uninstall the Cyberhaven agent from the host machine?

A: No, removing the sensor from the console does not uninstall the Cyberhaven agent on the host machine.

Q: Is there an automated process that will clean up inactive sensors?

A: There is currently not an automated process to cleanup inactive sensors. We have plans to implement this in the future.
